Any revisions that are major you will be billed for these ahead of time by the artist at time constraints need to be added
Small revisions are ok the artist will determine this with client.
Photos should be taken from the front (only if this is a house portrait). I am not architect and I do wanna do the best painting.
I ask for 50% down and will give you a sketch to start and then updates as I go.
